Bylaws

This category contains the approved sample Bylaws for all Conferences and Councils. Some have been translated to Spanish; others will come later.
These Bylaws are to be used for adoption of Bylaws for every Council and Conference. It is important for leadership and members to be intimately familiar with the specific Bylaws adopted for their Conference and Council.
If you are choosing a set of bylaws to be used for your Conference or Council, please read “Bylaws – Introduction Only.” Much is explained in this document about how to use bylaws and which set to choose.
