Topic: Home Visit Formation and Education Pathway
The National Formation committee commissioned a subcommittee to map out and analyze the current home visit formation and education materials. The Formation Team would like to share our “working” draft and receive the perspectives of the Growth and Revitalization community.
We seek your insights into what is needed to keep our focus on Spirituality, Friendship, and Service vibrant and growing. We know there are best practices out there that provide a wide variety of effective strategies for mentorship and formation and orientation. The goal is to assemble a best practice guideline to support conference members, spiritual advisors, and mentors. We need your input because you see what is working.
